You’ve just completed your teeth whitening treatment. Follow these instructions to keep your smile bright and beautiful.



First 48 Hours

To get the best results, avoid stain-causing foods and drinks for the first 48 hours

These include but are not limited to:

  1. Coffee
  2. Tea
  3. Red wine
  4. Mustard, ketchup and red sauces
  5. Berries
  6. Soy Sauce
  7. Dark sodas
  8. Tobacco products


Tooth Sensitivity

Some sensitivity is normal and usually resolves in 1-3 days (sometimes up to a week)

If you do experience some discomfort you can:

Take over the counter pain relievers

Use Sensodyne or other sensitivity toothpastes

Avoid acidic drinks and foods

Chew sugar free gum


Maintaining Your Results

Your teeth will be lighter than they were before treatment, but the brightness can fade over time depending on your habits and diet.

Too keep your smile white:

Practice good oral hygiene

Avoid the frequent use of stain-causing foods/drinks

Consider maintenance appointments every 3-12 months
